Pastor:  Dr. Ryan Perkins
Bro. Ryan and his family come to us from Abita Springs, Louisiana. He serves as pastor of two additional works in Bogalusa and Folsom, Louisiana, and he is also the principal of Lakeside Christian Academy in Slidell, Louisiana.
To say that God is using him in many areas would be an understatement. Bro. Ryan leads a biblical literacy movement called Read Your Bible and is playfully known as “Mr. Read Your Bible.” Through this ministry, his group has reached over one million people with the truth of God’s Word.
We are so thankful to have Bro. Ryan, his family, and his church family here to fellowship with us.

His favorite Scripture is:
“Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.”
Matthew 5:8

Youth Pastor:
Worship Leader: Jamie Jackson
Jamie came alongside and partnered with the RLF family because he believes deeply that God has a divine purpose for the work being done in the Patterson area. With a genuine heart for outreach, he is passionate about sharing the Gospel within his circles of influence and throughout the surrounding communities.
Firmly rooted in the Great Commission, Jamie is committed to making disciples and advancing the Kingdom of God wherever the Lord leads. His faith is not passive — it is active, intentional, and centered on pointing others to Christ.

His favorite Scripture reflects the heart of the Savior he serves:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
— Matthew 11:28–30

treasurer: Lisa Phillips
Lisa has been part of The RePlant almost since its very beginning. Alongside her husband, Doug, she has faithfully served with a heart fully devoted to God and to others. Their love for the Lord is evident in the way they continually seek opportunities to serve — whether within their church family or throughout the community.
Together, Lisa and Doug exemplify what it means to live out one’s faith through action, encouragement, and compassion. Their steady presence, servant hearts, and joyful dedication are a true blessing. RLF is incredibly grateful to have them as part of the family.

Her favorite Scripture beautifully reflects the faithfulness of God that she treasures:

*“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days

Psalms 23:5-6
Secretary: Rachelle Jackson
Rachelle has truly enjoyed watching her children grow into the working roles God has for them. Two of her children serve faithfully on the worship team, and the third serves in the media ministry. Seeing them use their gifts to glorify God has been one of her greatest blessings.

Her favorite verse is Colossians 4:6:
"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."
Church Council: David Thibodeaux, Julie Owens, Lisa Phillips, Dean Ashley, and Jamie Jackson
RLF is currently led by a committed group of individuals who view the spiritual and numerical health of the church body as central to the calling God has placed on their lives. They are devoted to seeking the Lord’s guidance daily — choosing not to lead by their own will, but by His. Prayer, discernment, and obedience shape every decision, trusting that God is ever-present in their direction and leadership.
Their mission is simple and unwavering: to know God and to make Him known. They are passionate about ensuring that the community and the surrounding parish understand this life-changing truth — that God loves them and sent His Son to die for them.

This calling is rooted firmly in the Great Commission:

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
— Matthew 28:19–20
